Exhibition of the Department of Photography of the Public I.E.K. Chania, Ottoman Bath, 4 Katre Street, Chania, 17.09 – 24.09
The graduates of the Department of Photography of the Public I.E.K. Chania are exhibiting their photographic work from September 16 to September 24, 2023 at the Ottoman Baths on Katre Street (Old Port of Chania).
The opening of the exhibition is scheduled for Saturday, September 16, at 7 pm.
The exhibition space will be open daily between September 17 and 24 at 11 am. to 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.
The exhibition includes works from the academic period 2021-2023 that highlight the trends and expressive characters of the period, record the final results of the photographic education developed by the graduates of the Department during their studies, while also highlighting the educational work carried out by the Department of Photography.
Through the exhibition, the public is given the opportunity to get to know up close the work of creators who are now starting their photographic careers.
Architectural photography, black and white photography, advertising photography, portrait photography, photojournalism, artistic and conceptual photography are some of the subjects that will be exhibited and are waiting to win over their audience.
