In the picturesque streets of the Old Port of Chania , Palazzo del Duca combines tradition with modern comfort and luxury. The reconstruction of the entire Venetian hotel building was recently completed, with comfort, elegance, modern amenities and easy access from the very first design steps. The major parts of the earlier architecture were preserved , restored and highlighted , giving the space a special aura.

The short breaks and longer stays are separate, in an environment reminiscent of other seasons. Both hospitable luxurious seating, and the view from the rooms in the Old Harbor and the sea promise an unforgettable experience. The enjoyment and comfort follow the visitor in spacious comfortable rooms, along with a host of facilities such as individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, free wireless access to the Internet, kitchenette, safety deposit box, etc. Furthermore it is worth mentioning that the beds have special ecological anatomical layers of the company COCOMAT for endless enjoyment and unique sleep . The access to all floors of the hotel is facilitated by a modern silent elevator, and this one of the few compromises made in the reconstruction of the building for the sake of comfort.

The quiet, relaxed atmosphere of its location, doesn’t betray the actual position of Palazzo del Duca, just a few meters from the main promenade of the old port of Chania and less than 10 minutes on foot, from the city center.
